Strong Compatibility The BIWIBON BG2 WiFi Gateway offers strong compatibility with all Tuya Smart APP-compatible devices, including smart fingerprint door locks. This ensures seamless integration and easy access control management.

Stable Connection Guidance For optimal performance, it is recommended to keep the distance between the gateway and your smart door lock within 32 feet (10 meters). To ensure a strong connection, we suggest maintaining a maximum distance of 10 feet between the locks and the gateway. Additionally, both your smartphone and the gateway should be connected to the same Wi-Fi network during the pairing process.

Remote and Voice Control Connect the BG2 gateway to the Tuya Smart APP to unlock your smart lock remotely, with no Bluetooth distance limitations. The Tuya Wi-Fi gateway is also compatible with Alexa (Alexa not included) or Google Assistant, allowing you to control your smart door locks using voice commands.

Package and Warranty Details Our package includes a BG2 Gateway, Type-C USB Cable, and User Manual. The power adapter is not included. We offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, and our BIWIBON Customer Service is available to assist you with any questions or support you may need.
