Our door lock has the capability to automatically detect the door opening direction after being powered on. To ensure the latch works correctly, you can restore the factory settings.

What should one do if the door lock cannot be opened in the absence of power?

In case of a power outage, an emergency power bank can be used to charge the door lock (emergency charging port located at the bottom of the door lock). However, the emergency charging port is only intended for temporary use.

How to link the door lock to the mobile app?

Simply press keypad 3 + unlock, enter the admin code for verification. The lock will indicate "Verifying admin," then "Setting up network, wait (timeout after 120s)." Open the app, click "Add Device" → "Add" → select the device. The lock will confirm "Operation successful," and the app will direct you to lock control.
